1. Nature of Offering

This is a spiritual and religious invocation rooted in Vedic Shaivism. It is not a medical, psychological, or counseling service. The ritual is a sacred act conducted with spiritual intention and is offered freely as part of the facilitator’s constitutional right under Article 25 of the Indian Constitution.

2. Participation and Eligibility

Only married couples, united under a recognized religious or spiritual tradition, may participate.
Atheists, casual partners, or couples not married under any spiritual framework are respectfully not eligible.
Each couple is required to participate with sincerity, and to maintain dignity, silence, and reverence during their time at the sacred space.

3. Single Booking Per Day

Only one couple is hosted per day. This ensures complete presence, energy conservation, and space sanctity. Once your date is confirmed, please avoid casual cancellation.

4. Accommodation

You will be offered private space for the entire day to immerse in the experience. The space is not a commercial stay and no overnight lodging is provided.

5. Voluntary Offering (Dakṣiṇā)

No advance payment or fee is ever demanded. You may offer Dakṣiṇā only after the ritual, as a voluntary expression of gratitude, in the spirit of Vedic tradition. Even ₹1 is enough to honor this sacred circle.

6. Legal and Personal Responsibility

By choosing to participate, you acknowledge full personal responsibility for your experience.
The facilitator or space owner cannot be held liable for any physical, emotional, psychological, or circumstantial outcomes, perceived or otherwise.

7. Non-Commercial Status

This offering is not a commercial service and does not fall under the jurisdiction of hospitality, wellness, or therapy industries. The intent is purely spiritual and voluntary, with no profit motive involved.

8. Respect for Space and Sacred Items

All participants must treat the space, symbols, and rituals with utmost respect.
Any form of disrespect, non-cooperation, or disturbance will result in termination of the session without further discussion.
